“Training” starts next week, this week is assessing my baseline fitness, to know where to start on a plan to reach my goals.
“Train”, what does that mean?
From M. Webster dictionary-in part, to TEACH, TRAIN, DISCIPLINE, mean to cause to acquire knowledge or skill.
TEACH applies to any manner of imparting information or skill so that others may learn.
TRAIN stresses instruction and drill with a specific end in view.
DISCIPLINE implies training in habits of order and precision.
What are your dreams and goals? What do you see, or want to see, yourself doing this year? Something that is bigger than you, pushes you and the limits of your mind and body just enough to make you nervous but keep you engaged, yet not overwhelm and discourage. Something that makes you think-“I think I can. I want to be able to. I know I can. I will.”
Call/message me. I’ll help you realize your goal(s) through making a realistic “training” plan, taking into account your life responsibilities, push you just enough to strengthen your mind and body, and be one of your biggest supporters. You have to do “the work”, I am there to help see you to your goal(s).
